Use the bamboo scoop to measure out the matcha into the strainer and sift into your matcha bowl. Add a small amount of hot water in the matcha bowl, then whisk into a thick paste. When the powder is evenly distributed then add the rest of the hot water and whisk in a "M" formation until a fine, light-green foam is produced. Place rinsed whisk back on the ceramic holder to help maintain its shape. All items made in China. Whisk is comprised of 80 individual prongs.
