Sometimes we all need a little help managing our indulgences. Traditional remedies include oolong, green, and yerba mate teas for energy and metabolism boost, along with senna leaf and dandelion root to keep your digestive tract moving smoothly. (Go easy though, or it may end up moving a little too smoothly.)

*Skinny Tea is recommended to be taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and regular exercise. For best results consume with an additional glass of water.

YERBA MATE
With its origins in South America, Yerba Mate has grown in popularity throughout the globe due to its high caffeine content and potential health benefits. In parts of Europe it is used for weight loss and fatigue. Mate also contains antioxidants as well as seven out of the nine essential amino acids.
DANDELION ROOT
So much more than just a pesky weed in your lawn, the dandelion offer an array of health benefits. Dandelion root is rich in the carbohydrate inulin which supports the growth of healthy bacterial flora in your gut. It is mostly commonly used as diuretic to help flush out the liver.
CINNAMON
Cinnamon (Dalchini) is a herb traditionally used by many ancient cultures. It is indicated for a variety of ailments including gastrointestinal problems, urinary infections, relieving symptoms of colds and flu and has remarkable anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties.

Some studies have shown that Cinnamon helps people with diabetes metabolize sugar better.
